Recipe for Traditional Yorkshire Pudding Here's a recipe for traditional Yorkshire Pudding that's easy to make and produces delicious results: Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 medium-sized eggs

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • 1/3 cup cold water

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.

  3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and crack the eggs into the well.

  4. Whisk the eggs with the flour mixture, gradually adding the milk and cold water until the batter is smooth.

  7. Carefully pour the batter into each hole of the tin, filling them about 2/3 full.

  8. Bake for around 20-25 minutes, or until the Yorkshire puddings are risen and golden brown.
